I’ve always believed in the body’s natural ability to restore balance — and that belief is what led me to the work I do today.

My journey began in 2007, when I came across a small ad for Reiki in a holistic magazine. I didn’t know what Reiki was — I just felt drawn to it. Trusting that nudge, I booked my first session. On the way there, I blew a tire — the first of several unexpected moments that I now recognize as gentle tests from the Universe. I chose to keep going, and that decision changed something in me.

At my second appointment, I looked down at my hands and knew with complete certainty: this is what I’m meant to do.

I began my training in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki shortly after. I received my Level I certification in 2008 and Level II in 2009, studying under a mentor with more than 25 years of experience. In 2014, I became a Reiki Master Teacher, guided by a second teacher who helped me deepen my understanding of energy, intuition, and personal awareness.

From 2008 to 2018, I operated a healing practice under a different name. In 2019, I rebranded as Soulful Reconnection to reflect the evolving nature of my work — and yes, I blew another tire on the way to pick up my business cards. These moments, while frustrating in the moment, have always reminded me that this path, while never predictable, is one I’m meant to walk.

Wanting to support clients more holistically, I spent five years as a Chiropractic Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in body mechanics, physical wellness, and client care. That role inspired me to pursue formal education in health sciences. In 2022, I earned an Associate Degree in Health Science, and soon after enrolled in the massage therapy program at Berkshire Community College.

While in massage school, I blew four more tires — a final confirmation that challenge and commitment would always go hand in hand for me. I graduated with High Honors in 2023 and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in early 2024.

In 2025, I officially rebranded my practice as Soulful Reconnection Therapeutic Bodywork to reflect the integrated, full-spectrum services I now offer — combining massage therapy and Reiki in a way that’s grounded, individualized, and respectful of each client’s goals.

My work is practical, personalized, and built on trust. I take the time to listen, adjust to your needs, and support your goals — whether you're looking for relief, recovery, or just a quiet space to recharge.
